I prefer AimPoint.

But yes, I do recall seeing some at the Hampton show a couple weeks ago.

Add Colt and Smith & Wesson to that list, too.

I've never seen anything saying you couldn't, but a gun show really isn't a place to take pictures. It's more of a like a gun sale/flea market.

I wouldnt be surprised if they weren't allowed. Seems like a clear sign of a "Straw purchase" to most dealers that dont know you from the next guy.

I am not really versed on guns that much.. I was looking at a Rock Island .45 . I was told that it was a pretty decent gun. Not to expensive but well crafted for the money. I liked the way it felt but I didnt purchase it that day... and it was gone the next... I am still kicking myself for not buying it then. I didnt like the Glocks or Para Ordinace's because of the double stack clips. Makes the grips too wide. I dont feel like I have enough control of the gun. I guess to each their own.

Look into an STI 1911. My uncle has an STI 2011 (Double Stack design) and that was the nicest 1911/2011 ive ever shot.....granted I still have yet to shoot a Kimber. The STI's are nice, but more expensive than RIA
