If you want a range gun, get a .22 Ruger MkII. You'll find that they tend to be more accurate than most guns and the ammo is ridiculously cheap.

But I definitely recommend the Sig P229.

if it was stictly range then i would go with the .22

I think its $7. At the last show, Saturday's hand stamp would get you back into the Sunday show for free.
