Greenbrier Volkswagon is a joke there service sucks. Anybody else have problems with those jokers? There the kings of the run around.

yea, they do suck ass. my mom was pretty interested in a passat and had already picked out the car she wanted at greenbriar. she waits a couple days and goes back with my dad. they first stopped by checkerd flag and ask to see a white passat (similar to the one she saw at greenbriar)....theyre like blah blah we can't seem to find the key to that car. so my parents go back over to greenbriar to see the car she originally looked at. well they have the keys to it, but the damn car is missing. by now my dad was ready blow up the whole dealership so the salesman finally asked us if we still wanted to buy a car...so we asked about an '04. he was prety cool about it and gave us the '04 for the '03 price. then 5 hours after waiting for the paper crap to get done..we finally left with a new car. i love VW, but that dealership blows

 

there are only two specific people I deal with in the service dept. there, if I tried to go beyond them I have a feeling I would be screwed. I seriously think that VW sold too many cars since their last design change. They are always really busy and I think they tend to rush on alot of peoples work.

Also I will NEVER let their "valet service" pull my car up for me, I'll walk my ass out to the car. My mechanic keeps my keys at his tool box after he's done with it...I recommend that everyone else who decides to go there does the same....nothing like a punk ass kid dogging your car through their parkinglot....nuff said

 

not to sure about them but fucking Casey Imports Vdub sections blows mother fucking monkey goats. the btiches aligned my car twice and still isnt right i said fuck it. getting Siextreme to do it next time . the fuckers

 

Yeah I went to go get my first free oil change thinkin what the fuck its free. I had to drop it off and when I picked it up it was 1/3-1/4 quart shy and had a fucking penzoil filter on it!!!

those fucking valets did the same to me, I watched my 337 pull out of the garage and like 3 minutes later the valet pulls up. I knew that bastard drove it all the way around the lot and got on it. When they pulled up I asked them "how was it?" Then I let the service manager know I was pissed.

 

checkered flag is good people. i work for the HONDA store and see the work that the company does to keep customers happy. family run organizations usually always have good customer service.
