Update:

So its been quite a while, going through bullshit, but I just got out of the bench trial this morning for circuit court. She pleaded guilty to felony hit and run. Got 3 years in prison but only has to serve 30, and is probation for the remainder of the 3 years.

Now I will be taking her to court for my own personal suite against her.

I can't count the amount of times I've seen someone walking or riding their bike down infront of the block and got hit by a car.

 

loads better than they were 2 months ago. If i squat down all the way its still sore, but nothing compared to when i would squat down and just fall to my side because pain shot up and down my side... Everything should be fine in a month or two (knock on wood)

A few years back some guy slammed into my boy at the beach, turned his FC into crx in about .2 sec's. Only way they found him was he left behind his front license plate. My friend still hasn't gotten payed yet. So I don't know, it might be a while.
