Glad they found her, I hate hearing about hit and runs and they never find the person. Im also not big on suing but hit and run cases are an exception

I'm gonna say it was more than likely due to alcohol or drugs than a cell phone. I mean...the speed limit there is 25.

I normally dont agree with Suing, but in this case im 100% for it. Drunk drivers and hit/run offenders should be hung out to dry and then some. Make sure she will never have any valuable assets under her name for the rest of her life! haha
