So i go out about an hour ago and..POOF...my 6 month old, custom shaved, stainless prop is gone off my boat. It happened between 4am and noon today. I noticed they hit 4 or 5 boats in my neighborhood.


I am really starting to hate this area. At least in NoVa they steal shit big enough for insurance to cover....WTF.

wouldnt they have to get in the water to get that off? If so then they deserve it......I mean I feel sorry for ya, but to go to that much trouble

From this sentence I would guess the boat was in the driveway? Still sucks, never really heard of people taking parts from a boat in the driveway.

That sux. I had someone steal both my props off my Baja outlaw when it was in the shop. It was ok since they paid for new ones. Thieves do need to get a life. good luck on finding them. Check all the prop shops around the area. Ill talked to some here in hampton area. This come off i/o or outboard. Got specs on type and pitch. Any info to help.

 

I wish i had a baja. Its a chaparral, still fun. Prop had a real aggressive pitch for getting outta the water in a hurry.

Its a stilletto (sp?) prop that has been re-ground (you can tell if you look at it). One fin has two nicks, side by side the size of a pea. Other two are perfect edges. Its nice and shiny..
