The land at Fort Monroe is prime property too. I heard of some of the houses going for well into 7 figures.

It's a really small base, and I think the majority of people on it are civilians, private contractors, and other nations military personnel.

My brother was stationed there for a little, and I have a friend I visit occaisionally. I think it's pretty neat for its historical value.
