The news story states it happened in the Shae terrace neighborhood and if you read the comments under it, the people commenting apparently know who the guy is. He had buisness magnets on the side of his truck with his name on them, before he realized this probably wasnt gonna be good for buisness.

I just bought my Boxer/Shepherd Mix 11 week old from the Portsmouth Humane Society. He has two brothers and two sisters left as of last week. He's an awesome fucking dog!
