Anyone in the area play semi-pro football?
With just moving here, I noticed there are 2 teams in the hampton area, not sure if there different leagues, and different levels of talent

Who do you play for- Can you get me any info on the teams or leagues. I'm coming from AZ so everything is different, I imagine!

 

Guy at my work plays. not sure what team. I will have to check the websites and see if they have a roster.

 

Co-worker friend of mine played for the Virginia Hurricanes last year, they won their division and were 1 win away from the championship game. I think they are returning a lot of talent next year which crushes the other teams in conference and the area...

 

i'd like to know more as well also. (have not checked the links yet, but will shortly) this could give me the proper motivation to get back in shape...

plus i'd love to play ball again, assuming there are walk-on opportunities.

 

The Hurricanes had tryouts but their coach was the old caoch from the NightHawks. They had a few ex-NFL players, a bunch of good college players that didn't get a contract. I think the other teams weren't as competitive so if your just so-so better opportunity with other teams.

I play in Raleigh NC. I play the arena style.Big diffrence in rules.Fast pased.Check them out in Richmond they got a team.
