The house was built in 1985, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, great room, kitchen with eating area, big dining/living room, fireplace, and GARAGE! It's in the Greenbrier area and was around 200K.

No offense w/ my comment, I'm just used to $200k-250k in Palm Bay/Tampa FL buying you 2900-3500sq ft & 1-6yrs old.
My mom is having a house built for 240 and it's 3400.
