so it took like two days for my seats to get from cali to cheasapeak..... i dunno how to spell it, but yeah..... and it didn't get sent out for delivery on the second, so i called and it said it would be on the third. it wasn't. i called the fourth, it wasn't. i called the fith and they didn't know where my stuff was but said they would call back the next day. they didn't. so i called agian and finally talked to someone in cheasapeak. he said he didn't know where my shit was and i asked him if they would refund and he said if they were lost we would "cross that bridge when we got there." so i asked him if he knew where they were and he said "no, but they aren't lost" i called yesterday and they thought the seats were still on the truck but weren't sure. they said they'd call me today. they didn't so i called and they said it was on the truck headed over here. it didn't make it here.


if it only takes a couple of hours to get from here(williamsburg) to cheasapeak THEN WHY THE FUCK HAS IT TAKEN MY SEATS MORE THAN A WEEK TO GET HERE FROM THERE!?!?!!!! i mean day 10 and my shit isn't here and i'm getting more and more mad. if they aren't here tomorrow i'm fucking driving down there and asking to pick them up, because they obviously can't do their job.

 

Did you pay for 2nd day air shipping?

 

HA HA HA HA I WORK AT THAT FED EX AND THE GUY YOU SPOKE TO THAT DAY SITS RIGHT ACROSS FROM ME..and all jokes aside you have every right to blow that fucking building to pieces because our inbound shift (graveyard shift 2am-9am) SUCKS SOME SERIUS ASS!!!!!!!

ITS LIKE at least 4000 packages thats been sitting in the warehouse because our dumbass terminal manager dont know what the fuck is going on and just tells everyone it will get better but he wont hire new people so we can get the shit out and delivered...but anyways i feel for you thats why still to this day i just deal with UPS..... but feel free to come up there before 6pm or they gonna tell you that we closed and you gotta come tomorrow

I ship and receive often through FedEX and never had a problem..... Usually UPS screws me over- had a number or items broken

 

no.... never..... never thought of any such thing. didn't hear about it when i realized it only took a couple of days to cross the country by ground and took a week to get here from cheasapeak. and never heard of it when i called and they needed the number to find my package

 

well. i guess that answers it.

 

Note to self: If I have to get something to Hampton Roads, I will either ship it UPS, USPS, or I will just drive the damn thing down there myself.
