The Rules

Post threads in the proper section.
Keep posts on-topic in relation to the thread.
Inappropriate responses (i.e. flaming outide of Punchout, post whoring) will not be tolerated, and are subject to deletion.
Certain sections have their own additional rules that also must be followed.
Signatures must be kept below 30k for images, and we prefer them to be 468x60 pixels (web banner standard), but we will be leniant on dimensions. Also, no more than 4 lines of text allowed or commercial-type images. Also you may only use one quote, the formatting takes up too much space to include more than one.
Don't post spots! The thread will be edited/deleted and locked immediately.
Refrain from using dragVA to post about illegal actions and/or violence.
This site is not meant for continuous flaming. If we feel that you have created a name solely to flame/troll, you will be banned.
Images that can be considered "work unfriendly" are not allowed in either avatars or signatures.
Links and pictures for your car in the profile are a privilege. If you are found to be posting inappriopriate content there your profile will be PERMANENTLY locked. No questions asked.
Post whoring will no longer be tolerated. This includes frivilous posts that should be taken to PM.
No double posting. This includes making a thread that does nothing but make reference to another thread.
Admins and mods have the right to lock/remove any thread or ban any user without question.
DO NOT create multiple usernames, for any reason! If you have a problem with your current one contact an admin and they will try and solve the problem. This includes name changes.
dragVA IS NOT A DATING SERVICE. Keep those kinds of threads off this board or be banned.
Do not bring back old threads for the sake of bringing them back. If a thread has not been responded to in a while (a while = a month or more), and you bring it back to the top without adding something constructive, you will receive a warning and the thread will be removed.
We no longer tolerate pointless posts made while, and to announce, that you are intoxicated in one form or another. It's annoying. We will close. We will ban you if you do it often.
No referral links. This means "out war" type online games and the like.
Threads urging members to sign online petitions will be closed. Hate to burst your bubble, but guess what: online petitions are completely worthless. No sense in wasting everyone's time over it.
We don't like long, non-breaking text strings that repeat over and over. So don't respond with stupid things like "haha" copy/pasted to make a 10 page long paragraph. First time we have to remove it, it's a warning. Second time you do it, it's a temporary ban.
Don't make a thread asking how to get out of a ticket. Unless you completely got screwed, we will make fun of you mercilessly and then the thread will be locked. And guess what, 99% of the time, you deserved whatever you got for your stupidity.
If you get banned for trolling or general stupidity, odds are high that your email and ip address will be posted, as well as any other info that can be found online. Don't complain. When you register for this board, you are effectively giving us free reign to use your registration/posting info as we see fit. Don't like it? Don't register.
If you get banned and try to further disrupt the board by attempting to circument the ban, you will be reported to your internet service provider.
