this i would like to know also, cause im constantly seeing people talking about how "WE" can get you this, or "WE" can do that yada yada yada...then there's the smartmouths and such, which make the shop look like...well...you get the idea. though im sure that it is far from it

and im sure someone will come on here and say something about dave and his racing. i would bet my next pay check (which is alot more then 90% of you make) that dave will out drive you. dont believe me? come out to the next SCCA event. hes at the level now where he drives everyone elses cars and beats there times.

i am the guy that drove the peice of shit teal eg hatch.the guys i talked to about driving advice were very helpful to me although i had the worst time out of everyone yesterday. i thought u guys were very cool and welcoming of my questions. just wanted to say thanks although i let everyone down with my horrible time of of like 27.3 something i think, or it might of been worse than that. but shawn and mj both as well as u guys all were very nice of making me not feel like a big stinky loser. oh yea as for the guy a made that comment about not being cool enough for dyno inc. it was a joke man. i think u were a cool dude. "if ur not cool enough" than none of us are. u guys were all cool to me.

 

That was just a dumb comment to make. Didn't really bother, just you came out of no where with it. And my first time out there I ran a high 26, and in a few weeks I was running 20.8's pretty consistant, with the same setup, No mods added or taken off, all the way down to the same amount of fuel. Wish I would have realized how much better the car would have handled without a front swaybar. It's all about getting used to the track, how your car responds to the track and finding your best line. And mostly finding the point at which your car is going to let go and not going past it. I'm in a new car this year, with a motor setup that is very poor for lanley, so I know I have to make adjustments for my car to handle better. Probably will install my adjustable balljoint so I can run some negative camber when I get to the track and see how that helps or hurts.
