droppin the prelude
hey wut's up... i'm ready to drop my prelude i got some 2-2 1/4 inch lowering springs... i was just gunna be lazy and pay someone to do it but the average is like 300 bucks!!! shit's not peace... i don't have all the tools to doit right now so i was wondering if anybody out ther in the beach area knows where i could get some help or the tools. the main thing is a spring clamp. appreciate any help. thanx
300 dollars that's fucking crazy, see all you have to do is hook up with someone in the military and that should be easy in VA. Then go to any hobby shop in one of the base they have all the tools you need and must of the time is 1 dollar an hour from what I remember in Norfolk atleast.
ya i can get on base myself i was just lookin to get some help and i think i found it so... the springs i got are... suspension techniques. the car i'm puttin them on is more for show than it is go so i wasn't worried bout payin a bunch for some eibach's.
damn, wish I had the money to drop my Prelude but things are a little tight right now. Got other obligations that need funding so lowering it is a good way down the road. Though if I do drop it I'll say goodbye to most driveways and have to drive like a grandma around certain places. Not really on the top of my "to do" list for the car anyway, but someday...
