Dude the Norfolk Police even said he wasn't racing, but they believe speeding was involved. Obviously the kid's car fucking split in half. I mean it was a 90 Accord, but it should've held together a little better than that if he was doing the speed limit. My girl wrote to the person that originally wrote the first article posted and basically said (in better words that I'm going to use) that she needs to watch the kinds of things she say because it raises a flag when you mention younger kid/street racing/accidents all in one story. i live right down from where it happened, tree got fucked up, the driver of the accord that hit the tree only had his permitt, and there weren't racing. The kids where just speeding around 100mph (estimate) and went to switch lanesand then lost control causing the accident
