yea i called enterprise they will rent a premium car to me but cant assure me 100% that it would be the charger they said it could me a new maxima or something close to that. i really really want the charger bc we both like the look of the car and were actually thinking of buying one here soon.
It depends on the rental agency. Most places will rent you a car if you are under 25, but they generally charge you double. You will have to have a credit card, not a Visa check card, but an actual credit card. I know Avis will rent you one and they don't charge much more than the standard rate.
With my last job, I rented cars while on travel from just about every major agency and never had a problem.

HAHAHA
true fucking that
my car was getting worked on so i got a free rental. the thug life woman who had a mazda 6 being worked on too (just 2 years newer) and rode over with me, got a brand new cherry red grand prix. when it was my turn, the lady behind the counter said, in a way as if she could barely contain her excitement at the prize i was about to win, "you can choose between......... a dodge NEON! or..... a MALIBU!" i wanted to say "great! i'll take neither! thanks!"
