My cousin and I are lookign to move and want a place that has a restriction on income. I'm a full time student and he doesntmak but so much money at his job so those would be ideal.

I know about Mariners watch in norfolk and waverton place in chesapeake, but thats about it. Any input would be greatly appreciated ,and yes I googled but no accurate results came up.

 

Why would you want a complex that restricts income? Afraid you might get shot or robbed. lol.

I know of some on this side of the water, but that doesn't help you. I know.

 

Archer's Green, off Granby by Little Creek. I have a friend that lives over there, the apartment is nice, and there is private entry, but it's parallel parking. and kinda ghetto.

I think there is one on Oyster point right over the bridge on the same side as Mcdonalds.... but it didnt look that nice.

 

There is a place, I think called Pilot House Apartments in Newport News in the City Center area. Good sized and cheap.

 

I looked at some apartments in the vcu area. The ones I really liked were income restricted, and as a student, I make less then the limit, so I could have. Here is the catch though, they said that I couldn't get it if I was a student. I don't know about most places, but you might want to look into that.

 

GMG right next to cycleworld on L.Creek will find you a place for a great price. That's who I used when I first came here. All you need is x3 the amount of rent total household income and your qualified.
