go for it man... be cheap, cut the springs... but don't come cryin to the board when your shit bottoms out... jus send pics when your shit is sittin on the ground or you get bounced outta the roof... one or the other would be good... preferably sumthin i could put on my desktop

If you decided to cut them, take 'em off and do the calculations for how much to cut off for the spring rate you want. Don't just try and eyeball it and cut them off while they are on the car (however this does work and saves time), there is an actual formula for this whole procedure.

Ok I didnt read all of this thread but if you cut your springs you will need to get a camber kit..because your alignment is set for your ride height.
Heating your springs is stupid..the twist and sag after awhile
Cutting them....again dumb. You cut them you get a shitty ride.
