Alright guys,

I know quite a few of you have had to do community service. My lawyer is suggesting to me that I get some community service done. I got a racing ticket (wasn't even racing), blah blah blah, and I did community service at Bayville park before, but it sucked and there are too many people there now. Where have you guys done your C.S at, slack/hard or whatever. Trying to get this done asap, the sooner the better for me!

 

Go to a local fire dept and wash the fire trucks

i did mine at a local YMCA thrift store. it wasn't too bad ( 20hrs) and i got some pretty cool furniture and clothes for 5 bucks.

 

Or you could try an actual YMCA; they always need people to wipe down machines and other small things.

 

Jewish Community Center man,shit was so fun and so easy. I just washed and folded towels and one day just painted the kids room.

we get all kinds of kids up here at the station, but its usually for something a little more serious than racing, or allegedly racing. ha...we have them washing and waxing the engines and ambulance, sweeping and mopping the bays,rolll out the spare fire hose and clean it. And if they dont complain the whole time and just suck it up and do it,well have lunch for them when we make it and well sign off on a few extra hours for them to make their time shorter. But if there just punks than we dont offer them shit and only sign off on the hours they are here.

I won't complain, I don't mind. My lawyer just wants me to get some community service done, so it looks better in my favor...because yeah. I have another ticket as well

I did mine here nothing too bad they have lots of events(parties,birthdays,etc.) all I had to do was set up the tables for events and other little things. The people there are nice too.
