Default Cleaning a roof?

Anyone ever done this? I got a letter from my association saying we need this done. If you know of anyone or work for a company that does this, let me know. Thanks.

Just buy a push broom with hard brissles spray some chemicals on it from lowes and give it a rub and walla wash it off! Or find someone on craigslist that will do it for 150.00 bucks. Last option my neighbor does it, insured and licensed does all kinds of work paint/handyman stuff. 403-7040 Fix it Bob. Great prices too.

Yea, HOA's suck but I guess they keep everything looking ok.

Thanks for the help, I was going to see if I could find someone that will warranty their work but bob might have to do.
