In NorthHampton (Hampton) there is a neighborhood that goes nuts every year.
I can't remember the exact place. But It's over near Bethel High School.
Across the street and back in that neighborhood.
It's pretty good to just cruise through.

Someone from that area chime in ... i know its pretty popular.
