98 240 (with the money headlights) and run with the KA-T. And when you are done, you'll be able to take out reuter in his six-speed V-8.

We don't have an 89 S13 Coupe here in the states, only hatchbacks. I'm not even sure about overseas either.

Coupes are 91-94 here.

Well then ...

Good thing I don't really know S13 Why would you get an 89 then?

I KNOW it has a KA24E which means you have to get a bunch off of the DOHC to make the swap work. Why not just get a later model year and save the hassle of buying that stuff seperately?

MY choice to go with a 89 s13 coupe was one of price. An SR swap into an 89 with a KA24E is just as easy as putting one into a 91 with a KA24DE. A KA24DE swap into a KA24E 240sx is just a matter of getting the DOHC wiring harness from what I remember. My plans for the 89 were to build a motor for it anyways so having to purchase a ka24de wiring harness wasn't a big issue. But before I could purchase a spare KA24DE and start building I ran across one very nice red 95 Z28 6speed

I know you need at least the DOHC cluster and some part of the PS. Don't remember what else you need for the SR.

I guess if you like brazing your own lines you'll be ok on that part. Is a 89 really that much cheaper than a 91?
