I wish the dude before he got banned could give us some mods. Anyone knows that a car laying down about 230hp to the wheels ain't going to get 500hp with just a big turbo upgrade! 500hp from something stock under 300hp takes some serious cash and let alone knowledge which obviously this guy doesn't have! Anyways back on point all cars manufacturers has its idiots and just respect your car for what is. You can take any car and make insane hp practically. Just enjoy having your ride and always respect the ride lining up next to you!

 

i think he was claiming the talon was bluffing......500hp isnt too difficult for us..... a turbo upgrade,clutch, exhaust and fuel and your there. (easily under 5k)

 

stay off the throttle.

 

Yeah and you will have 500hp that will never grip the road.


I would be more concerned with investing all my money into anything to improve traction on a SRT-4 since traction on a stock one is so ridculously shitty.

 

Hop on over to srtforums. Have been a few guys hit 500whp with just bolt on's/big turbo/race gas and a good tuner. Obviously a majority are in the upper 400's on c16, but you always have the guys willing to push the bounds a little more. I don't know how much money you're speaking, but the general concensus on the forums is that you need aftermarket heads to hit low 500's...we're not talking an engine build up or anything here, though it certainly does make the thing just a bit more safe...

 

I have to agree the traction on an srt-4 is absolute crap. Mine is bone stock and I can wheel hop my way down the street.

im an evo owner and i must admit the srt4 is a tq monster(for a 4bangr) out of the fact., but they sure do have alot of little punk kids as drivers.(not directed to the cool ones).
