Carlos Mencia is coming to Chrysler Hall in Norfolk next Wednesday, November 19. I never liked his show, but his stand-up act is always funny. The event is running for about $50 a ticket at ticketmaster right now. They instantly email you the tickets if you choose to buy it close to the 19th.

Mencia forces laughs out of you, and from my experience, comedians are usually way funnier in person than on t.v.
