Canon CITS hiring
If anyone is looking for a call center type job, Canon is hiring Technical Represenitives. I currently work there, started out at 10.76/hr, full benifites, 401k, ect. Good job, not very hard at all. No previous call center experience is necessary, just need to have good technical/troubleshooting skills. If you are hired, you go through a 3 week training period on whatever product you get hired to support. If anyone is seriously interested, let me know and I can refer you to our HR department. Located in Chesapeake on Greenbrier Circle.

Starting at 10.76, more depending on experience and/or if you have a degree. I know its full time for sure, not sure about part time, I will find out. We are open from 8am-12midnight Mon-Friday, 10am-8pm on Saturday, and I think they are hiring for all shifts. Usually people with seniority get the early shifts though.
And I would get a $100 bonus if the canidate(s) I refer get hired and stay for at least 6 months. I was hired back in October through a friend who refered me. They just hired 10 or so people a few weeks ago and usually have a training class every month or two.

Depends on the length of calls. 20-35 usually. Sometimes I go 10minutes without a call when its slow. Mondays are the busiest days for us, Saturdays are the most slack. Descent thing about Canon is cross training. Theres always new job opening in different departments so if you get sick of talking about printers, you can get cross trained in Digital Cameras or Multipass printers or something else. Im trying to get into email support, but probably going to have to wait awhile untill a spot opens up.
