Calling All Dsm's
this is dwayne. I'm using my bro epyonie's acct to post here. I'm driving a 98 eclipse that brandon preston used to own. It's got a star performance stage II turbo kit, front end ground kit, turbo/fuel guages, custom interior panel, and nite-glow dash light display. Right now my dash lights are out because the ground wire came loose. This caused me to lose a lot of heartache when that loose ground wire shorted the transmission computer, tranny sensors. I spent close to 2000 dollars to fix that problem. In the process of tracking down the problem I also swapped out my transmission. Now, after picking up my car, I notice it does not shift to 4th like a normal automatic in overdrive should do. Any ideas folks? I posted this in dsmtuners.com and got some response but not much. I really want to become part of the scene because I have the car and the money. I just need to fix my current problem, fix the dahs lights, and do some repair work on the front ground kit. If anyone wants to call, my number is 757-567-1533. Later folks
hehe
computer controlled trannies suck IMO. best bet i would think is to have the computer looked at by someone who knows a lot about them. I think they can be diagnosed with a computer scan tool or whatever.

Cool I should be able to make it to the 21st of Decembers meet. I have to drive to PA later that day to pick up my new turbo and intercooler
but as long as it go's down early in the day or afternoon I will be there.
