Does anybody live here? Do you have the same shitty maintenance service as me? I have called more times that I can count about numorous things in my apartment. Leaky sink, they were supposed to replace the trim on my door a month ago, and the worst part, the gutter outside of my apartment is clogged and overflows onto the ground, causing a big puddle and it eventually makes its way into my A/C vent and soaks my carpet when it rains. The only thing they did was send a carpet cleaning service to evaporate the water. I hate it...
