Birthday DJ's/B-day party locations

Birthday DJ's/B-day party locations
Does anyone know of any DJ's in Virginia Beach who can do a Birthday Party? My Daughter's 1st birthday is in the beginning of November, and we're starting to plan a little bit now. Also, if you know about any halls or whatever that it can take place at?
I've checked a couple:
San Lorenzo: $395 all day, +$100 for kitchen use, +$100 for clean up
Knights of Columbus: $350 for 6hrs, +$50 for each additional 2 hours, free kitchen use
Any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Like usual, I'm reccomending my friend Phil/DJ MinWah.
He's the resident friday night DJ at Excess, and he's also a mobile DJ (he does a shitload of weddings, as well as school-related gigs).
Hit me up, I'll give you the contact info: he should also have a list of places to rent out, or at least be able to tell you all the usual places that get rented out.
