I'm asking for my step dad. He has an 02 Mustang GT that he's looking into getting a tune-up. He wants to take it to a shop who will respect his car and not do stupid shit with it. He had a bad experience with a local Ford dealership and is just looking for a shop that will do this, and possibly future work, for him. Please let me know. Preferably VA Beach/Norfolk area.

 

Bowditch Ford in Newport News is the only dealership I would take mine too. As far as doing work, its not too hard so why doesn't he just do it himself?

Shit if all he needs is a tune up which is change the spark plugs. Let me know. I'll do it for $60 bucks, you buy the plugs, which are $11.

 

Well he's gonna get a tune up done regardless, he needs a domestic shop to take his car to that'll treat his car right.. Reason I say this is later down the road he wants to SC it and some other shit.

 

Because no shop around here knows how to take off coil packs and plop a new spark plug in his car like a Domestic shop would?
