Nope, I might be bringing mine along too. Along with like 3 of his friends. They wanna go, so that's 4 extra heads towards the 20 required.

Yesh. Certain rides require you to be a certain height. As long as he's not like a midget, he'll be ok to ride all of the rides. Most 15 year olds aren't THAT short.
