how are the men's leagues? is it just virginia beach in general or how youth rec is where they break it down into courthouse/larkspur salem/west kempsville/etc....

nah its like Softball, they divide the league into skill divisions. you play twice a week, either at any VA Beach middle school. most of ours are at Bayside Middle.
2, 15min quarters. 3 time outs the entire game. Fast break league. Team must have a reversable uniform (my team doesnt), no pocket shorts.
