Thanks a lot man, but that'd be a long trip for me. I HATE shin splints. I love to play, and consequently it makes it difficult for me to keep from playing long enough to heal them correctly. I usually go right back out and play which only exasperates the situation.

 

i'm guessing you don't live in va bch? i know what you mean about the splints, when i used to run track back in high school i got them all the time. i've always been curious as to how they originate.

 

They can occur from stress fractures, flat feet, inadequate support, excessive overuse, etc. And no, I don't in the the 757 unfortunately or I would have been out by now to hoop it up.

my head, and neck are killing me, i had the worst headache all night, and my heads still pounding, im sure russells chest is hurting. I had a great time till that happened. haha.
