i am living in the richmond area now but i am looking to move down to va beach.. closer to the beach is better.. anyone know of any decent priced places to rent or of anyone that needs a room mate or something.. pm me thanks

dang.. i really wanna find one walking / bike ride away from beach.. but i need a room mate to afford it. my dad did floors in the new complex off of like 24th its like 6 blocks off the beach and for a 2 bed was 1200 . not to bad to life that close..

go to Pipers Landing or Laurel Court apartments website. 1 bedrooms are like $5xx.00 and 2 bedrooms are like $675 a month. its about a 15 minute bike ride to the ocean front (right at birdneck road)

what wrong with the guetto.. i mean its cheap and near the beach so can be to bad. well maybe it could be. 500 a month has to be something bad bout that place..
