i live out in va beach...latitudes apts...they don't care if you work on your car in the parking lot as long as you clean up. we have our own car wash stalls that are free also. the parking lot is safe too, you don't have to worry about your shit getting fucked with. i work in norfolk, the drive isn't bad. just my $.02

I can vouch Lattitudes being a safe spot for car enthusiasts.

jdmprelude21...You own the red prelude with the password JDM stickers on it?
Your roomate/girlfriend with the civic with same stickers?

If so, seen your car a couple of times. I am a friend of that turbo burgandy 240, that used to be in the front of that complex.

Stay away from Dominion Yorkshire Downs. My 300ZX got broken into twice and the hood was walked on in only 6 months.

i always see the 240 but never see the driver. i usually pass it in the parking lot and read "Blitz" on the FMIC and say to myself "must be nice ".

It is real clean for an almost stock sr20. he really takes care of it. He lives in the back of that complex now. But as of right now, he is driving his fiance's blue civic si because he needs to replace his pilot bearing. I go over there from time to time. I drive the 02 SI hatchback.
