Anyone looking for a decent side job? Transmission removal.
I need to have a trannsmission pulled, and have all new seals put in.
Front main,pump seal,torque converter seal..........on and on.
I have been quoted 575-750 but looking to spend a little less. If anyone is looking for some side money, specifically technicians who could use a break from getting tech pay to get all the profit of the work then shoot me a pm and we can talk business.
Im sure many of ya'll could use come money, so if your skilled enough just pm me.
Its a 1982 Chevy G30 van and should be relatively easy to remove seeing how the motor was just rebuilt,so corrosion and rust should not be an issue.
The closer to Va Beach the better. I am only looking for someone who is skilled.

IMO anything really cheaper than that is crackhead prices. Thats a reasonable price range that your looking at now to spend considering the amount of work that is going to be done.

A shop would probably charge around 5-6 hours for the job.
If the tech gets paid 25/hr then he is only making 125.00-150.00 off the job. Granted he can make double that if he does it on the side.
Yeah its a decent price, but if I can find better im going to jump on it.

I'd expect that answer from you
