Just wondering.

My wife and I are having a big fucking problem with these people. We purchased our home on 10/29/09 and called on 10/30/09 and let them know we didn't have a trash can and we needed one. They told us it could take 5-10 business days, bullshit, but ok. 11/13/09 rolls around (10 business days later) and still no trashcan. My wife calls back 11/16/09 (the following Monday) and we get a bullshit answer AGAIN. She calls back earlier last week and now their excuse is the storm, which should have nothing to do with us getting a trash can since we were supposed to get one a week before the storm hit.

Anyone have any other ideas? The "manager" is a smart mouth bitch that told my wife that she should be charging our parents double since we're taking our trash to their house.

I'm not sure how it works where you live, but there's only 1 trash service here, which is operated by the city. I know it's different in other areas, but yeah, I'm pretty much stuck.
