i have a Trek 6000 with a Marzocchi Z1 BAM front suspension with bla bla bla bla bla on it. i'm looking to start getting back into the swing of things again.

ugh, Ipswitch...there's gotta be some sort of radioactive/really funky stuff back there by now. that place was beat back in the 90's! LOL i know the whooopties are crzy now from what i've been told.

I heard its better once you go over past the power lines. We went there last weekend but it was to damn muddy to go over there. Ive never been back that far. Anybody have any better places that we could go.

waller's mill is in billysburg. it's a pretty cool, technical ride. i can't remember if it's a 7 or an 11 mile trail. used to ride there all of the time. there's also Harwood's Mill in York Co. and there's always York River Park.
