Default anyone have a trencher?

need a trench dug about 50' long, 18" deep in my back yard. Checked around and most places charge $100 for 4 hours rental. This shouldnt take long at all. Please PM me if you know anyone and about what they'd do the job for. Thanks

Greg

You can't handle $100 to dig this trench you really need?

sure I can handle it, but why not save money if you can? It's a 30 minute job and not worth renting for 4 hours.
Thanks for the help!

I have a ditch which, and for 18inch you have to have the utilities marked. 18inches in deep. i think my dad charges $3 a foot. but i would have to ask. and its not hard to do, just don't cut anything. that a exspensive fix .

can i ask what you are layin in the groud? sounds like something with power.

it will be cheaper to rent it if its only $100 for 4 hours. Just be safe.

$100 for 4hrs is cheap. I'd go that route, paying labor for something you could do yourself is dumb.

Like someone said, be careful when digging.
