Engine stuff? I just replaced the ignition coil since that's the code it was throwing, but still no luck.

I have a head, complete w/cams, whatever remains from a bottom end with a thrown rod, thermostat, a bunch of random shit, maybe a few sensors, ignition coil. The guy that bought it took most of the good shit and I tried to sell the rest but couldn't. I was going to throw it all away unless someone wanted it.
