Default anybody know this cat?
In York County area....white guy, 5'10 early 20's medium short dark brown hair.

Drives a Black ~97 or maybe older integra gsr hatch with stock spoiler. Has some unusual stock looking wheels, generic ass fart can, and clear corners.

I know it could be anybody, but I need to find this douchebag, because he royally screwed me over tonight.
