What is up with the lady who does the hola hoops? Can she not find any other spot other then the median to do that?

She does it every day and has been for years now. Why does she need to find another median?

My ex told me all about her... I can't remember if it was caused by illness or traumatic injury, but she has sever head injuries. It's just what she does.

Yep she is there just about every morning, I like her better than the dam link people at least she is on the median ..
