Default Any good Head?

Im looking for some local headshops to get some 302 heads rebuilt.

I just need them cleaned and checked with new valves, seals, springs etc. installed. Nothing special in the motor, this is for a boat. I also need to know what needs to be done to eliminate adding lead additive. I think it has something to do with hardened valve seats but im not sure.
Any idea on a cost for this?
Thanks

Where are you at in 757? We took my dad's corvette heads to Apples on 17 in Yorktown and they did great work, decent price too. That's really the only place I've had experience with.
