negative.
none of our karts are governed.
they run what they got day in and day out. super karts are equiped with 9hp honda motors vs the regular kart's 6.5hp.
difference in acceleration and sound are instantaneously noticable.
handling is different as well and steering is heavier.
karts frames are the same however.

It doesn't seem like that great of a difference, but they're miserable if you're going for good lap times IMO.
other people like Remmy, travis miller, scott p. who actually race karts can get down into the low 25's in a reg kart. some people have hit 24's in a SK
