I took my car to Bert's alignment in VA Beach today, these guys are awesome! Super friendly, fair price and great service.

I have taken my car to 3 places over the past 2 weeks, 1 "tried" to align my car, insisted it was done correctly but needed a camber kit for the rear, the other 2 were "unable to do anything with it".

Long story short, no camber kit was needed for the rear, and the F+R toe was not set and my steering wheel was crooked, everything is fixed now.

yeah, bert's is ok...as long as bert himself isn't doing it...he's really good, but he's not exactly a people person, and does what you ask him NOT to do. feels good driving that beast now, doesn't it??? cool deal! i paid $125 for a lifetime alignment service plan and my alignment guy is a road racer himself, so he knows what i'm after when i go in there with a set of specs (my own) that are waaaay off of what is suggested for me.

 

Chris, who has been working there for, I think they said, 12 years, did the alignment. I BSed with Bert for a few while I was waiting, seemed like I nice guy to me.

Uh... Adam allready had his car there, and I've had mine there a few times. I think his older equipment is out of calibration. Keenan's allignmed my car and I've watched, then taking it to a GM dealer w/ brand new equipment nad my specs have been quite a bit off.

 

im no "equipment" expert, so i cant make a counter claim. But the man knows his shit.

 

mizelle's really does do good work...i believe he's who used to do all of the 'monster' truck alignement work for us as well as all of the alignments for the pro street trucks we used to build.

bert really is pretty good, but he's done me a few injustices. his brother larry has a shop in chesapeake.

 

price range for mizelle's?

 

i paid 50 beans for a front wheel alignment at Berts, couldnt be happier
