but i work in the MUSIC INDUSTRY. i do this for a living.
i have busted my ass working at food lion, car robics, construction, mechanic, ive done all that shit while trying to support my struggling band.
now i make money doing what i love. call it selling out, but im making a living doing my dream.

what do you do in the industry? right now im going for a bs in mechengineering but im really not feeling it, i want to jump into the music industry somehow, i just dont know where to start.
the meadows were an awesome group of people.. unfortunately they broke up due to school. Jesse phipps still does solo performances.

right now i build repair restore and sell guitars for Pro Music and Sound as well as my company Marks Guitars.
i have toured with several bands all over the US. playuing guitar bass or doing vocals.
i am a studio musician for all the big studiios in the area. ive worked with missy, timberland, toni braxton..... and some others.
i was signed to rancore records
i co owned Flux records of VA BEACH, recording studio and record label
which is now turning into DEGZ records. were still working on getting it back off the ground.
i also just finished coordinating the US ARMY battle of the bands world finals at ft eustis. i provided gear and did all the logistics for them.
i was doing bookings for bands for a while.
and i whore myself out to a bunch of local bands whenever they need a bass player or guitar player.
so basicaly ive touched all of the music industry. im putting a band together now under my new record label ,DEGZ,that can keep up with the cover band circuit like Fine swiis cheese and Snackbar, but also do the origional scene with badass funky reggeaish hardcore hiphop jazzy rock. its like 311 + sublime + phunk junkeez and a whole lot more. weve got a big acoustic scene in this area too so were gunna break into that area too. i need a drummer and maybe some keys?horns? or soemthing.
the good thing is that the band is only 60 % formed and we already have a record deal hahaha with ourselves .
