schnooks alright, theyve got a show this saturday (23rd) at cicis pizza woords corner (kempsville rd & centerville in va beach) if anyone is interested. they play an outrageous live show.

no talent show is great.. but their trumpet quit.. and their sound has lost a lot because of it. they have a show tommorow night at cici's

some other good local bands ive heard are backside slappy, famous last words, the soundtrack.. and a few bigger ones like jackmove, and fall of transition

you compared snackbar to soul patch . that sucks. i dont like soul patches new guitar player. jason left them to come play in my band. and we got the drummer from snackbar playin keys for us too.

i used to play with all 3 bands.

all are good. We had a dream lineup for a gig a few monthes ago. The black guy Blu, from the cheese, and Ernie( drumss) and Frank(guitar/vocals) from snackbar and me and eric from the goods

local origional bands, good ones are Bully, Red Metric, Freedom Funk, FLUX, and many others.

 

if anyone is to heavy heavy like death medal type shit my uncle and his band arent bad....not really my style but there alright........"beaten back to pure"

i was not comparing them forsay but to just give an example of some of the types of music they play and performance they put on..
but regardless i love snackbar jones they are by far my favorite band ernie stayed after and partyed with us for a while after we closed he is cool so is michelle and the dude on the guitar(sorry cant rember his name) the dude on the bass michelles boy friend seemed kind of distant but they said he wasnt feelin good so thats understandable you should come down and talk to us about coming and playing.. we would be interested in checking your band out ,also we have had freedom funk play along with funk matrix and a few other bands that play that style music(hippie)

 

yo work for the cactus right? ive played there with free beer and french fries a few monthes ago and sat in on a song with Wishing Well. ernie from snackbar said thanks for the compliments.
