i was driving home and saw the car smashed and wrapped around a pole about 10 police cars were blocking off going straight and left onto independance from s.plaza trail... didnt see the ambulance though.. it was around 11 30

I've got a feeling the Mercedes driver wasn't paying attention to what was going on, but would have survived if he had been wearing a seat belt.
