Question '65 Cat

Me and my dad are looking at a 65 Wildcat for me. Anybody have any experience with them or know if they are decent cars preformance-wise? They look half-way decent (They aint a chevelle) so it wouldnt be bad for a first car. And please dont post "you should get a ___." since that wasnt me question. Gratis.

When I was in high school a few years ago a buddy of mine had one with a 455 it was pretty bad ass.

It could spin tires for for a block or so and just destroyed the parking lot posers with their lame FWD 4 bangers.

While a big block is always nice (if you get it) the cost of performance parts is quite a bit more than a small block.
