i got my second possession charge (marijane) in New Kent. Anyone have any experience.. or what i can expect? i have like 4 lawyers offering me $500-700 but the one i hired is $2000 cuz i just have a feeling about him. i know this doenst happen much in New kent, but i just need info. thanks.

are you in violation of any previous probation?

based on this beign your second offense you will probably end up with some jail time. I've known people that have gone to jail for their first offense but w/ a prior conviction they will probably be more strict than the first time.
