Its very OVERRATED .... unless your actually into wine.
Went last year, hate wine .... and tried every wine I could .... and smoked a rum cigar .... was the nastiest drunk ive ever been .... and i didnt do shit the next day.

When you tried the wine, did you spit it out after tasting it???
I recommend anyone who's interested in going who isn't already a wine aficionado pick up on of these:

Im gonna try and pick up that book before saturday. I drink wine pretty often but I only dabble in the lower end bottles unless my richass roommate splurges.
Edit: Can anyone suggest anything to bring to cleanse my pallete between tastings?

Fuck going to a festival to drink with a bunch of amateurs.
I'd rather drive out to Charlottesville and go see and taste a bunch of wineries then deal with the fucking idiots downtown

The key to this is to know someone who has a tent. We hung out at the Trader tent last time and that was the shit. No lines, free food and the cater would run go get a bottle of whatever you wanted to try.
